2-day training adapted for diverse cultural communities to recognise and respond to mental health crises.

A 2-day Mental Health First Aid training adapted for diverse cultural communities — teaching participants to recognise signs of mental health crisis in a family member or community member and respond appropriately. Standard MHFA program enhanced with content specific to cultural barriers in African, Muslim, and newcomer community contexts.

Who It Is For

Community members, settlement workers, church leaders, mosque community workers, teachers, and coaches working with newcomer and African diaspora communities.
